BrideToDo Terms of Use

Effective: August 24, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the BrideToDo mobile application (“BrideToDo” or the “app”). By downloading or using BrideToDo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

About BrideToDo

BrideToDo is a free, offline wedding-planning checklist app. The current version:

Permission to use the app

Subject to these Terms and any applicable app-store terms, you may use BrideToDo for your personal, non-commercial wedding-planning purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, distribute, disrupt, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Your content and local data

You are responsible for the information and custom checklist content you enter into BrideToDo. This data is stored locally on your device and is not sent to BrideToDo.

BrideToDo does not currently provide cloud sync, backup, recovery, or data export. We cannot access or restore your locally stored data. Deleting the app or losing, replacing, damaging, or resetting your device may permanently remove that data. You are responsible for keeping any separate records or backups you need.

No professional advice

BrideToDo provides general planning and organizational tools only. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, event-planning, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your plans, decisions, deadlines, purchases, contracts, and communications with vendors or other people.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of BrideToDo. We do not promise that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BrideToDo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BrideToDo and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Termination

You may stop using BrideToDo at any time by deleting the app. Your permission to use the app ends if you materially violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when BrideToDo or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
